Why Noea Code exists
AI makes software faster to implement. But the responsibility for what that software does still belongs to people. Noea Code starts with a question: how can we keep our intent effective as the implementation keeps changing?
Write down what matters, connect it to the implementation and its evidence, and keep revisiting the choices that shape your software.

Intent lives in plain Markdown files under your control. Noea Code works with your coding agent and lets you start with just the part of a project that matters to you.
